Our dedicated team of highly skilled manufacturers utlitize the latest version of Siemens NX cad/cam software to produce parts from simple 2D profiles all the way to complex 3D multi-surfaced models on our 5-axis machining centers.  Our machining centers can accomodate work piece sizes up to 64" x 50" x 32" and weights up to 10,000lbs

Agile Engineering's CNC turning capabilities allow for parts with diameters from 1/8" up to 30" and lengths up to 60".  Our use of multi-axis Mill/Turn machines allows us to ensure delivery of high quality,

complex parts at competitive costs and quicker turn times.

Agile Engineering utilizes the latest version of Siemens NX CAD/CAM software. This software gives us the ability to create models, CNC programs and Simulations before the parts reach the floor. We create 3d models for every part we manufacture which are utilized throughout the entire manufacturing cycle of the product.

Agile Engineering specializes in the manufacturing of welded and machined assemblies for the Aerospace and Energy industries we are certified to AWS D17.1 for GTAW welding in a wide range of alloys including: Inco 625, Inco 718, 304ss, 316ss, 321ss, Hastelloy X and Haynes Alloy 230
